I apparently picked the worst possible time to be coming through Chicago today, as I got the slippery-interstates-covered-in-slush period, which was probably gone by an hour later. Oh well... I'm happily ensconced at the Ropers' now. Spent a lovely afternoon chatting w/ Gretchen and hanging out w/ her and Katie, then Bill arrived home, then Amy got in and Bill retrieved her from O'Hare. We've had spaghetti... and sundaes from Culver's... and Roper and I finished running some cables in the studio in the basement, so we're all set to start recording in the morning. Whee!

Drummer is settled in with me (he's fascinated by Katie) and it's time for sleep now.

I'm glad you're ok. I'm north of Chicago where the snow was the worst. I couldn't get to work Friday afternoon.
