So... this whole move/paint/remodel thing has started costing rather more than I'd expected, and it's all gonna work out okay but I was about to be in a short-term cash crunch. Opened the mail today and there was an envelope from CDI, where I'd had my shoulder MRI done, and I thought "Oh good grief... we've been through this, darnit... I've paid you!" and one from my former mortgage company.
The first one had a $310 refund for an overpayment, and the second one had an almost $900 refund from my escrow account. Sweet!
Sometimes it actually pays to open the mail. :-)
